My father never considered St. Mary’s a “hospital” because the staff always made him feel like he was at home. He felt comfortable and actually liked coming to the hospital.
I must tell you that since my father’s death, I have missed all the staff that helped take care of him, especially in the Oncology Department and Treatment Room as well as Dr. Joan Zidulka. I as well felt at home there. Now that my father has passed away, I not only feel his loss but the loss of all the caring people that took care of HIS and MY needs, in regards to his illness, for so long.
There is no other place than St. Mary’s Hospital that we would have wanted the donations in my father’s name to go.
A very grateful Thank You to everyone at St. Mary’s Hospital.
